  3. I've just tried it in Palemoon 33.4.1 and can confirm it doesn't work there. As I've said, we don't support this browser so there may be little we can do about it. You may want to report the issue to Palemoon so they can update it to support the latest web technologies. I will raise this with the team, but my recommendation is still to use a supported browser. The latest Firefox works in my testing. I even enabled the "Enhanced Protection" mode which normally breaks the site and was still able to download mods. If it's not working then it may be a problem beyond Firefox and could be caused by some other software on your PC.
  4. Do you definitely have the latest version of Vortex? I'm pretty sure we did and update to 7z a while back now.
  5. We did some testing today and noted that downloading a collection of this size will burn through a big chunk of your daily quota. So doing it multiple times in the same day will cause you to hit the rate limits. We're looking at the test data internally and will see if this is expected/if there are any changes we want to make to accommodate this level of downloading. As I mentioned before, the best way to avoid this in the short term is not to delete any archives from Vortex so it doesn't have to redownload mods you already have on your PC.

  8. If you're not using a supported browser I'm afraid I can't help you further other than pointing you back to the solutions I've already suggested. I would hope it'll work in the latest version of a supported browser.
  9. Your log shows browser addons messing with the page. There's a good chance one of those is causing it.

  12. I'm not sure what you used the create the ZIP file, but our security scanner couldn't open it properly. Please use the ZIP feature built into Windows for the best results.
  13. There's not much that can be done here. Unfortunately, very few Mass Effect players who might know the answer are browsing the forum at the moment.
  14. As Dark said, we'll do a bit of testing next week. However, it's a common misconception that you have to wipe the entire collection to resume it. It most cases you can just resume the install. Most of the errors are just because the collection hasn't finished installing. In a worst case you can remove all mods (but not the archives) to start over. That way when you do restart the process Vortex will see it already has a bunch of the files and won't redownload them (avoiding the use of more API requests!)

Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where the app would prompt the user to log in to Nexus Mods when starting up, even if they are already logged in. Known Issues Users may be unable to launch Bannerlord on the Steam Deck when using Flatpak installations of Protontricks as they are currently unsupported. A fix for this is being prepared for the next release. The Collections feature is able to download all required files but will not install them. Mods can be manually installed from the Library but this will not import the collection configuration options. This feature will be re-implemented in the future. Any non-Nexus Mods file in a collection that requires the user to browse an external website can be installed into the library manually but will not be recognised as part of the collection. The game version is not checked when adding a collection meaning you can install outdated mods without being warned. Once a collection is added to the app, it cannot be removed. The first row of the My Mods or Library tables will sometimes be misaligned with the headers. Scrolling or adjusting any column width will correct this. The Library and Collections (WIP) pages are not filtered by game. The "Switch View" option does not persist in the Library/Installed Mods view.
  16. @NotHydraxuz Also had this issue and it turned out to be that they'd changed the font size from the default on their machine, so it's possible you've done this too.

  18. What do you mean by "stops working"? Vortex deploys automatically by default so unless you've specifically disabled this feature you don't need to press it.
  19. It looks like your C++ redistributables are broken. Try following this fix:
  20. It's very likely to be something on your PC causing this. Usually, it'll be anti-virus or security apps interfering with Vortex's startup sequence.
  21. You might want to check the in the top-right of Vortex as there may be important messages you've missed.
  22. The log file you're looking for is at %appdata%\Vortex\vortex.log Seems like there may be a file that is marked as read-only in the game folder which you may just need to manually delete.

  24. Have you tried restarting your PC? Did you check the log file for the error details?
  25. The automation settings do not apply to collections, they never have. Those errors are usually suppressed though, restarting the app might help. Some of them will show regardless though - the downloads not finalised ones are important so they appear when you download a corrupted file.
