    where do you want to stream any game of your choosing, How about f76? runs fine, Or rainbow six. you choose. It runs what ever I program it to run. Pick a steaming service ===Or--- So which is it? Are you trying to run games on it? Or are you streaming? Big difference there......

    LIFEBOOK E756 From what I am finding, that machine (a laptop....) only has intel integrated graphics..... That isn't going to run games worth beans.

    Rename one of the esp files to something slightly different, have both esps in your data folder, then load JUST those two esps (and their masters.... no choice there) in xEdit, and have a look at the differences. If I recall correctly, I think there is even a menu option to show the differences.... (but, even without that, things will be color coded for overrides and such.

    Does it only happen with a certain type of enemy? Are you using any dialog mods?

    Mine generally just have their weapon, and ammo, maybe armor. Plus anything they picked up along the way. Don't think I have seen any synth components on them.

    FO 76 doesn't have any NPC's though, that I am aware of, and isn't it restricted to like 10 or so players per 'instance'? Now, lets try doing it with a couple dozen NPC's for the server to keep track of.... along with the players...... Yeah, there is a recipe for disaster....... Threads of this nature have been popping up since morrowind. So far as I am aware, NO ONE has put together a multiplayer experience this is worth playing. (including Bethesda......)

    Only 1 of 7? That seems an underestimate to me. (even before the whole covid thing.) Of course, that number includes folks that don't WANT to change their lifestyle, of which, we have a pretty good population. There are opportunities here, but, no one is going to hand you anything, you have to work for it/make your own. It appears to me, that attempting to give folks what they need to survive, only makes them want you to give them more. Doesn't seem to prompt them to take care of themselves at all. Of course, it isn't politically correct to expect someone to take responsibility for anything lately....... There always has to be someone else to blame it on.

    Not seeing it... Lots of stuff for vault 88...... If you can run the CS, probably possible to add them though, just need recipes, and such. (I am sure there is a youtube tutorial for just such an occasion.... likely a tedious undertaking though, as there are a LOT of parts....)

    Mainly because we aren't really a democracy. We are a representative republic. But, that's too much of a mouthful to describe the US, so, "Democracy" it is. :D

    This problem comes from the concentration of powers which is an integral part of marxism-leninism as well as of the right-wing/fascist culture. I don't think that's exclusive to what folks describe as 'communism' though. For example, take a look at the US government, that's where all the power is, and that's where all the money goes. Please notice that anyone elected to office in washington, may not be rich when they first get elected, but, by the end of their first term, they have accumulated a significant pile of wealth. It's like I wrote : it's because of the conncentration of powers. Yep. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. :)

    I would actually like to see them grouped by game company, or, have an option to NOT show various sub-forums. So I can pick and choose which games show up in there for me.

    The problem with uninstalling script-heavy mods is, your save game remembers those scripts....... and behaves accordingly. The only real way to test if either of those mods are the problem, would be to start a NEW game with one or both already removed....... and see if the problem is gone.

    Have you tried looking thru xEdit at your load list, and see if anything else is affecting Clem? Aside from the unofficial patch? Might be a conflict, rather than a bug in the patch....
