I would wonder if the collection system didn't get installed properly.... The x02 and x03 shouldn't interfere at all..... Could try reinstalling the collection system...

What mods are you running that effects power armor?
-
That is odd...... I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to......

Using two different mod managers can cause some truly interesting issues.... Pic one, get rid of the other. Uninstalling the game only removes the game files, and doesn't even get all of them...... It does NOT remove ANY mod files, anything in your My Games\Fallout 4 folder, or anything in the C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\fallout 4.... where the file that tells the game what mods it should load resides. And then we have the whole "mods aren't really in the data folder" schtick the mod managers use. They don't install anything to the data folder, they just create symbolic links, so it *appears* the mods are in there, but, in reality, they aren't. I am unsure if uninstalling the game actually removes those links. So, it's entirely possible that uninstalling/reinstalling the game, without telling your manager to nuke all the mods first, doesn't remove those. So, so far as the game is concerned, all those mods are still there. We having fun yet? :)

We ostensibly have freedom of the press here in the US, however, most news outlets, regardless of what media they use, are parts of a very few conglomerates. The number of truly 'independent' outlets is vanishingly small. And each conglomerate has their own bias as well. It is evidenced by what news they report, and the manner in which they report it. And that is inevitably geared toward supporting what THEY believe are the 'facts'...... They exclude information that doesn't support their position. Read an article about some particular topic on MSNBC, then, read an article about the same bit of news on someplace like Fox News, and it almost seems like they are reporting on two unrelated events.... Accuracy doesn't seem to matter any more either. Look what happened to Tom Brokaw. In their rush to be "The First" to break a story, that didn't bother to fact check at all, and the story turned out to be completely false..... It is no longer about reporting news, it's about ratings. Doesn't seem to matter if they have the story straight, it just needs to be pushed out there, before someone else beats them to it. Another example.... A few years back, an airliner botched a landing, clipped a fence, and had a somewhat less than successful landing.... It was on the news within an hour. There are youtube clips of it out there, where the talking head was talking about the pilot... Wi Tu Lo..... and the co-pilot... Sum Ting Wong...... and he actually reported that with a straight face....... I was floored. How could someone NOT realize that those are not something made up by the good folks on the internet as JOKES?????? Nope. The news media is not what it once was. Their priorities have changed dramatically, and accurate, unbiased reporting, no longer exists. Its all social outrage, and drama now. Simply not worth watching.

Did you go from a version that was pre-profile driven, to one of the later versions? When I did that, I had to reinstall all of my mods.........
-
That would probably be best...... otherwise, you might end up with some conflicting mods.
-
I wonder if it is some mysterious key combo specific to the CS..... Check the 'edit' menu, and see if it has anything interesting there.

I think "Bladed" simply adds damage to the weapon bash. There isn't a specific attack for it that I am aware of.

You only want the esp, OR the esl file in your data folder. Esp files count toward your mod limit, ESL files, for the most part.... Don't.

Scrap everything only breaks precombines in settlement areas, if it ain't a settlement, then SA doesn't touch it. (though, there IS an option to do so in the installer.....) -

Apparently, this is fixed by the unofficial patch.... I don't see a standalone fix for it though. -

I suppose it all depends on what kind of performance you are looking for.... If it works for you, that's great, but, I think my customers expect a bit more for their money.... So, I think I will still recommend a real graphics card for anyone interested in a gaming machine...... I like my job, and would prefer to keep it..... In any event, I think I have derailed this thread enough, and got my answers, so, back to our regularly scheduled programming... -

I am not here to troll. I have a genuine question. I am curious. I didn't realize that was a cardinal sin in your book. I am just truly surprised that intel integrated graphics can manage to run a game where most of the graphics requirements are handled via software on that chipset. Unless intel made some SERIOUS improvements in recent memory, that I missed.... (not that I keep up with integrated video...... for a gaming rig, I just don't see the point.) I build gaming machines for a living at work. I would NEVER consider something with only integrated graphics a 'gaming' machine by any stretch of the imagination. My customers would look at me like I grew another head, shake theirs, and walk out if I even suggested the idea...... If it works for you, all well and good. As I said, I am simply surprised that it DOES work. -

where do you want to stream any game of your choosing, How about f76? runs fine, Or rainbow six. you choose. It runs what ever I program it to run. Pick a steaming service ===Or--- So which is it? Are you trying to run games on it? Or are you streaming? Big difference there...... Nothing personal but Go away. Ummmm. No. I am curious how/if you convince games to run on a laptop that doesn't even meet the minimum requirements for the game..... Or does the machine actually have multiple video solutions? (I didn't see that in the specs, but, that doesn't mean it isn't there.) -

HeyYou replied to dragonslayer2k12's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
Rename one of the esp files to something slightly different, have both esps in your data folder, then load JUST those two esps (and their masters.... no choice there) in xEdit, and have a look at the differences. If I recall correctly, I think there is even a menu option to show the differences.... (but, even without that, things will be color coded for overrides and such.
