Yeah, the 40+ gig is my entire install directory. That includes the game files. :)

Use any kind of mod manager? They generally have the ability to output load list to a text file. Either that, or do a search for 'plugins' in your user profile folder. (C:\Users\yourusername) copy and pasta.

That's gonna bring up some major conflicts with other weapons mods....... unless you are planning patches? If this problem affects slug-throwers in general... There are a LOT of mods that add one or two or three dozen.......

You would need to contact the mod authors, and ask them to upload them to beth.net. You can't simply grab them from here, and upload them yourself. (or, have someone else do it for you....) It isn't your work.

Quite frankly, I am of the opinion that anyone support those actions, is just as guilty as the folks throwing the molotov/pulling the trigger. And they deserve the same punishment. Looters, whom are criminals by their very definition, should be shot on site. There is NO justification for that. Same goes for folks tossing rocks/molotovs/bullets.... That is assault with intent, and no court in the land would convict you of anything if you shot them dead. We as a society have become far to willing to accept aberrant behavior. I don't want to post my family history in the internet. Folks can already find more information on me than I am comfortable with, with just a simple google search on my name.... and that ISN'T info I put out there personally, it is scraped from various other sources, (public info) and collected together by various other folks. I do not have a social media presence, nor do I want one. I am not, and never will be, on Facebook. I have my friends/families phone numbers, and email addresses, and they have mine. I don't put much value into knowing who my ancestors were, beyond my living parents. Everyone else is dead and buried. It's data that will pretty much always be there, and in most cases, is accessible from anywhere you can access the internet. However, for data intensive endeavors, such as playing beth games...... trying to do that over a network would suck. Folks complain about long load times now???? Nope, sky is the limit on PC. My FO4 install folder is about 40 gb, my Skyrim install is even larger.

You can have a TOTAL of 255 esm/esp files. That includes Fallout.em, and whatever dlc you have installed as well. Some mods, you can merge, so they only take up one spot in your load order, instead of two or three, but, that process isn't really recommended, unless you know what you are doing.

I am not aware of anything that actually 'snaps' to the ground. The F2 function in PE allows you to put things below the ground surface though. Turning it off will keep pieces above ground level.
