  1. NMM is at least still supported. I don't think MO2 is anymore. (as the guy that wrote is now working for nexus, and writing vortex.......)
  2. Do you have the right version of SKSE for your game version? Are you starting the game with SKSE_loader? Running as admin? Getting any errors?
  3. And folks still ask where that darn Dwemer Puzzle box is. :D
  4. With my luck, it would turn him into a ghoul, then he would be immortal, and I would never become director of the institute. :D
  5. Terminal Kinetic Energy Poisoning. :D
  6. How about picking up another SSD? They have gotten dirt cheap lately. Even the M2 drives (if you have that capability) have gotten cheap.
  7. I can see using a fusion core, after all it is "Powered" armor...... power has to come from somewhere. The fusion cores could last a heck of a lot longer though.... Maybe a permanent fusion core.... (that mod is already out there.) Power armor should be pretty much immune to most small arms. I could see 308 armor piercing having a chance, and certainly the .50 bmg.... but, 99.99% of pipe guns wouldn't even remotely be a threat. Pistols also would not be a threat. Most smaller caliber rifles wouldn't be a threat either. Just make a louder sound when they hit. Trouble is, the way the game works, the maximum damage reduction is 85%. So, even the lowly .22 pistol can kill you, if your opponent has enough ammo. (and as they have infinite ammo....... they can kill you.) That's just wrong. So far as I know, there isn't a mod to fix that one yet..... Nor do I know if it is even possible.
  8. There are still new folks coming here that are just getting in to various games, know nothing of the lore, plot, or anything else.... So, spoilers are still restricted. :D
  9. Think I would consider stepping up a notch on the vid card. I run a GTX 1060 6gb, and it runs skyrim/fallout 4 very well.
  10. Indeed. I think Microsoft does that kind of thing on purpose. Likely this was a result of Windows automatically updating some driver...... A 'feature' that I REALLY wish MS had left up to the owner of the machine.....
  11. Me too. The two most common causes don't seem to be it...... Can you post your load list, and your computer specs?
  12. I think that is going to be your best bet..... If you don't get a notification about missing mods when you load the game, no telling what it will take to fix it. :D
  13. New York is west of Boston, and slighly north. DC is south. Even boston took a "near miss", I.E. the glowing sea. But yeah, we really have no idea what size/type of bombs were used. Neutron bombs don't do a lot of physical damage outside a small radius, but will kill folks out to a pretty good distance..... We also don't know how many bombs were used..... Given the state of the world though, I think its a safe bet that it was, in the end, a 'strategic' nuclear war. I.E., pretty much everyone used everything they had... So, figure most major cities would take at least one hit, if not several. Military bases would certainly take a hit. Depending on the size of the bombs, possibly two or three... or more..... It's entirely within the realm of possibility that larger cities could take six or more hits. All bombs in the 200 to 500 KT range. Which would make a major mess.......
  14. Yeah, I can see how setting up the anims for the tracks would be fun as well....... I haven't the faintest idea where to even start. :D
  15. What about things like knives, or baseball bats?
  16. Well, I am thinkin' that you certainly taught yourself 3ds max VERY well..... There any good tutorials for doing anims??
  17. What's your framerate? If it is going above 60, that is the kind of behavior you can expect. :) Need to make sure iPresentInterval is set to 1 in your Fallout4.ini.
  18. Adding/Removing workshop menus mid playthru isn't suggested...... also, a fair few of them have specific uninstall procedures.... you can't just deactivate the mod without causing some issues. What did you do right before the menus disappeared?
  19. You could probably do that one yourself with FO4Edit..... just need to find the right setting.
  20. Which menu are you missing? Not all mods come with options you have to choose, those that don't, simply install, and yer done. Those that expect you to manually install them, and just grab the files for the options you want, NMM may not handle properly......
  21. Say WHAT??? That's just idiotic. I am thinkin' backhanding some raider while in power armor would HURT! And beth left that out????
  22. Is there a shoveling animation in game already? I know there is one for hoeing...... :D
  23. If the quest is actually started by reading the book, turn off the "start game enabled".... that may be confusing the quest scripts.
