I have actually been updating the thread quite a lot lately, but I am a lazy person, so I sometimes don't bother to edit the "new" section... :P
Sorry about that.
But I'll add the two voice actors later today - at school now.^^

yay!
Finally the Nexus is getting the equivalent to the Curse Client! :D
I remember I was talking a while with you on the chat about it a years time back, Rob - I am glad it is here now! :)

You're taking that way too far. That city is shut to you because of dragon attacks, it doesn't mean they all are and it's already been stated that the cities are not open, they require a loading screen.
I didn't mean "open" in terms of cells, I meant in terms of exploration. Being required to collect Twenty Dragon Souls (or do whatever needs to be done to get into the city) to access certain parts of the game map ultimately means you're putting rails on the player. Granted the barriers will probably be minimal but I still don't like the smell of it.
Plus, I got a bug in Fallout 3 where my being allowed into Rivet City wasn't registered properly (but the necessary dialogue options are no longer available), so they think I snuck in and all the guards open fire whenever I try to go there. It's blocked my progress until I figure out how to fix it with the console somehow. I have a painful feeling in my gut I'll get the exact same bug in Skyrim.
I wouldn't say they are putting rails on the player by having them bribe guards to get into a city... It's simply part of the roleplaying features.

T... What a stupid rating for a game with excessive violence... Throw in a naked woman and it would get M instantly... *sigh* Humanity, oh, humanity...
...What about a naked man? :whistling:
A naked man? Oh my, it would probably be banned! ;D

$100? Skyrim is worth the $200 I'm paying for it. ;D
-
Ouch... Now THAT is a challenge I will gladly pass up. ;D
-
I guess I have already won then? ;)

I don't see any real point in having it open after release.
Maybe the first month, with some of the major info in the OP for people who haven't played the game and are deciding if they are going to buy the game or not. ;)
-
Knew about that a month ago. But since it is only a rumor didn't tell anyone. Sorry Zaldiir.
hehe. ;)
I definitely shouldn't be the one spreading rumors, but what the heck. ;D
-
I think the rabbit info and the news about being able to turn off quest markers should be added to the OP.
Will do. :)
This thread sees about a 50-60 posts every day, so it's hard to keep up with everything. ;)
(And I don't read them all thoroughly, since so many of them are philosophies, thoughts, suggestions and questions that it is almost driving me insane just reading them... ;D
And, in case anyone is interested, Jonathan Bryce is rumored to voice Male Argonians / Male Khajits. (Don't ask me who he is.^^)
I really hope he is rumored to voice one of them, not rumored to voice both. :/

When you think about it though, archery fits a lot better under warrior than thief.
An archer is a warrior, not a thief.^^
If it had been rogue or assassin, then it should be under that, but the way it is now seems logical. :)

Uhm... Don't you just block by pressing the right pad if you are wielding your weapon in the left hand?
If not, what would be the point in having a shield in your right hand? :P
Maybe he meant that you can't block if you have a weapon in your left hand as well as your right hand...

Last I heard is that you have to have been to a location to fast travel to it even if it is a city, so that may be a reason. It shows on the map, but it's not possible to fast travel there yet...

lv000, Bounty Hunters? Like, if you have high bounty, they will attack you?

Later in the demo, I came to a ridge with an enemy who I sent flying off the mountain with a a fire blast. His lifeless body hit the side of the mountain and rag-dolled down for ages, causing another outburst. Bethesda's Todd Howard laughed along after the enemy went tumbling down the large face of the mountain.
You would think I want to see the enemy flying off the mountain the most, but no, I want to see Todd laugh out loud! ;D

I like the extended width of the news/blog section on the main page. But the hot files/latest files/images have their text all crammed together on the right side. :/
Could you also center those boxes for Premium members? Looks odd when there is a grey area on the side.
-
You can either click anywhere outside the box to close it, or click the "X" in the top-right corner of the box. ;)

Wolves are cool, wolves are fearsome, wolves are best! ;D

Notifications! :D :D
Thank you, Rob! :D
EDIT: I do get a notification when I comment on my own mods as well though. :/

IE works with the Nexus sites, it's just IE7 that doesn't. And if you are using IE7, it IS time to upgrade...
-
DeviantART uses dynamic width, but YouTube uses fixed Width.
-
I would not classify that as a trend, but yeah, a valid point indeed. ;D

New Interview here:
100% confirms that the player can become a vampire.
Your spouses cook you a meal every day!
Dwemer Centurions are back!
Dwemer Centurion? That's like... one of the first things we knew. ;D
The other info, awesome! :D

Links with a slash (/) in the end does not work when using the http:// tag with a title in the description of mods (As well as in credits, permissions, etc.).
Thus:
Viking Village
Would become simply:
Viking Village
It's not really a problem, as that slash can be removed on all links, but still, if you copy/paste a link, that slash will be included, and people might get confused as to why their link is not working.
EDIT: And for some reason, the link did not work at all here. ;D
