Maybe but it won't look the same. Essentially SSE has a lot in common now with F4 but it doesn't use LUTs (where you can neutraliize them) so it's gonna be a while before we see some nice presets. ENB is looking in doubt too due to many many shaders that would have to be edited, among other things.
-
Probably some bugs with it, and likely option won't be there until CK releases. There is apparently a bug where espa marked as esms or just user esms won't register properly, as noted on USSEP page, so you know.

Okay so 1440p is 60fps in Solitude in around Whiterun, including exteriors, 2160p is 60fps in the cities themselves mostly but exterior looking at tree areas it will slow down between 30-40, some dips lower.

I will test the 1440p and 2160p via DSR and see what that gives me :)

[FIX] Anyone Who Gets Shiny Landscape Textures

I have photoshop, some old version, but only ever used it for a website banner. Somebody mention F4 puddles have some sort of shader property also that affect other objects if changed, I am looking for that post. -
Need Recommendations of Skyrim mods that work on SE

It a test by Ethatron the author of BSAopt, BSA Loaded Faster sorry  roughly the same file  loose         0.05 sec bsa packed    0.0375 sec  https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/4591640-update-bsas-and-you/  edit & you are tell me that the guy who knows the most about BSA is wrong. What The. I beg your pardon, but I made no claim that I "know most", simply using logic that decompression would add latency, however I did say 'correct me if I'm wrong". Thanks for posting that info, but watch your tone. -
Well from mods I am using which is a lot, Dw - Db - Hf was the correct order. Suppose its not much of a drama unless mods have it in said order when they require all 3. USLEEP esp should tell.

Mismatching Color Body/Face ; Neckseam Special Edition
SMB92 replied to Jocesquale's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim SE
If you have one of the old fallout games installed, go take a shot without a shirt on. But none of them are anywhere as bad as Oblivion was. -
Slowed down now I know SKSE will take a lot of time. Can't wait for ETaC but :D

Yes point in case is that loose files will work and will be faster than archive, although not detrimentally. And Einstein says old BSA not working with new SSE so must unpack. Using mod manager to install such files is a good idea, I use Wrye bash personally for Oldrim. -
Im using rig500hd, not having incredibly echoed sound but i'm not quite 100% satisfied. 7.1 mode has been better than stereo though. Did you manage to install their shitty driver? Windows gave a generic one but I manually got the inf installed

What gfx card and driver? Might as well put write your specs down also.

Um hearthfires goes after dawnguard, dragonborn?
-
Wouldn't hearthfire be at 04? 00 Skyrim 01 Update 02 Dawnguard 03 Dragonborn 04 Hearthfire I'm not 100% what you mean above, you are trying to import items from save game or from mods?

Far as I am concerned having loose files is good for load times as less decompression. From what I see, any loose file will override a BSA counterpart so the thinking that each mod will use its own assets from its own BSA is probably false. Correct me if I'm wrong -
I'm not much from screenshotting but as I understand it we can't edit shaders all that easily as there are so many. Boris mention he uses an algorithm to detect ones that are similar but it is extremely difficult to edit enough of them to have a consistent overall effect, especially with weathers. He also mentioned they are not using LUTs for this game. I'll be interested to see what approach modders will take

Mentioned above 1080p no sweat.
-
Probably not a good idea to just port your setup over, especially if its large. I'd be more inclined to suggest you start from scratch and add mods one by one, starting with confirmed ports on SSE nexus site.

Mismatching Color Body/Face ; Neckseam Special Edition
SMB92 replied to Jocesquale's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim SE
It has to do with the head mesh being separate i thought. Best way to correct it was to match tone to body. Although I don't recall this being an issue, at least that big of one, in the OG. And I thought there was a fix for F4, but a separate DL/patch from another user? -
@Bill - Yes I would agree F4 doesn't really need it, sometimes I like to change up the colors a bit but then I use the Vivid Weather mod and that adds some more variety. Although SSE to me is an improvement, I'd really like to bring it back to Vividian standard, whether by ENB or just imagespace mod. @Jocesquale - yes I'm in the same boat as you. Performance issues and lighting bugs kill it for me. SSE is like a god send. But i guess it's not without its trade-offs....
-
So I've been following ENB forum on SSE, Boris says it is much like F4 with 8000+ shaders need tweaking, amongst other issues, and he sees almost no reason to make it, only if demand is strong enough. But it will be nowhere near the scale of Oldrim. What I want to know is how everyone really feels, because a lot of people keep seeming to post they don't care for the special edition. Did everyone miss the part where this is 64 bit with higher memory limit and capable of rendering more objects on scene in DX11? Like for example you can potentially have ETaC and JKs Skyrim without lagging at Ultra? Or has Bethesda just find another way to divide the community? Post your thoughts!

Vsync always differ per setup i find, right now I am using in game vsync no problem yet on Fallout 4 and Oldrim I cannot use in game vsync without problems. Sometimes I have to use combo of frame limiter or driver vsync or ENB vsync or borderless, changes when I either update drivers or move to new hardware. New Vegas was particurly cunning, had to use limiter and borderless with ENB as no other combo worked properly. I've had less issues since going from 7970ghz to 980ti, but my young brother has my 7970 now and he doesn't have half the issues I had. Just have to trial and error combos i guess.

Oh yeah how quick is it! 2 second interior to exterior load times. Now I have tears... -
Has the draw distance/view distance been lowered in SSE?
SMB92 replied to warfang's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim SE
I've noticed this as well, seems grass and secondary shadows are very low for ultra. Probably not changed from console settings, one has to change vua ini manually. Speaking of which, I haven't checked those settings. But I imagine a quick look at the numbers will confirm...
