  1. Mmm i usually see this with a bad overclock, I attribute it to mesh going corrupt in RAM. Perhaps you are using a body mod and it's not playing nice with SSE? Otherwise not sure.
  2. Drama with low god rays is usually pixelated looking light/blur around objects, particularly your character. Haven't tested in SSE but in F4 it's either Ultra, or no god rays at all...

ENB crowd is going off at how bad things like DoF and AO are on the ENB forum, I guess they know more about these things but I don't mind the DoF, it's not so aggressive and works at the right time for me. Usually I hate DoF though so I am biased. I am starting to see the problems with AO though.

  5. Well, last time I heard they changed their mind and said NOT to clean them but maybe I'm having a false memory. I'm still unsure why Hearthfire is going above Dragonborn now, previously I had it last and that's how the mods order was too.
  6. Well I'm trying one little fix, I added it to Nvidia panel and set "prefer maximum performance" because I put Afterburner on and I can see gfx never going over 270mhz. But Objects still failing to load and I'm scared to make a project because it will get corrupted. Already my LOD nearby Riverwood and Helgen is stuffed up wirhout a plugin so I guess I will have to reverify.... PS F4 CK is actually only one working fine for me. I can make a settlement and generate the meshes/previs and no problems. Just thought I'd at that, because this is not excusable.

  8. I'd be weary of downloading this, we can do all this stuff with the console and a few measily edits in CK. I'm not sure what use a trainer is at all in this game.

    Is all this gratitude-giving like some sort of ritual, like when a bunch of sorcerers gather to chant and summon <insert preferred deity here>? (think Potema, for lack of better example) I really had to say that, lol. But if so, count me in! Thank you SKSE for immortalizing this game! Can't wait!
  13. Yeah, I like my survival/realism too much. I did try the summer overhaul once but I wasn't much for it. Maybe I'll setup a second profile for fun at some point, its probably a lot more polished now. Got any good and recent videos of it at all?

  15. Yes, i think. Personally I am watching and waiting for... well anything. Seems to be some odd issues popping up. But yes feel free to share any info on any mods you find working, especially if they haven't been noted in the other threads.
  16. For the 970, revert back to driver 368.69 and stay there. This has been the most stable, best performing driver so far. That is what I would try first.
  17. It must be that your Intel integrated GPU does not work with the new game, looks like an upgrade is on the cards unfortunately

  19. You might under estimate the godsend of a renderer this engine carries. IMO, it easily doubles the draw call limit of the old engine, which is a massive plus (you can now run JKs Skyrim, ETaC etc without too much fear). But yes it's not without its sacrifices, especially in the shader dept. Keep in mind, ENB memory fixes will not work with Win10. So SSE in 64 bit is also a godsend. If you were to ask me what sort of performance boost papyrus has now though, to the best of my knowledge I would say between 10 and 15%. Someone like Chesko would be able to give a definitive answer though.
  20. Fallout uses same system. I would say the answer is, laziness, stupidity. Also the way they setup the shadows. Basically there is 2 suns on an axis, so there is only 1 light source, because limit of 4 dynamic lights in OG due to forward render. This way you always see sun shadows. Why they haven't updated this in particular is beyond me, seems they stuck with the same shadow crippling system just "upgraded it" for the deferred render. Oh and I love how they know how crippling it is and make the shadow LOD come in at around 500 units.
  21. I always worry about auto/quick saves, since Oblivion. Lost some damn long saves cos of that. Since I stopped using them religiously, I was able to go through 400 hours in one Skyrim save, despite how many mods I had changed out or updated etc. I witnessed some bugs, but never again will I play without a full save, especially not with script mods
  22. So not just me with the problems :D For me the old CK won't compile any scripts, I won't mention what troubles I've gone thru to find a fix, but it's like a ghost is living in the install XD
  23. Supposedly, it is the same. I haven't seen a confirmation whether actionscript version was updated, but tests so far show scripts working as normal. One could assume that with DX11 the rendering core is much faster thus freeing up some CPU which could in turn reduce latencies, but then again Papyrus is.... Papyrus. Some claim 64 bit giving more memory helps but I don't see how that would improve Papyrus. As far as Havok, I'm playing vanilla SSE, locked to 60fps, and I'm seeing Mammoth and Deer go flying up in the air more often than I'd like. I'm not sure what changed here, but the "new" vsync setting definitely locks the game to 60fps for me (120hz monitor, F4 vsync locks to 30fps). So at this stage I'm inclined to think bugs still exist.
  24. .....And it's Broken :D I mean seriously, 15 minutes in to building my hut and it crashes. And fubars LOD in the area with what I saved. I'm a little scared to use it again until patches. I also wonder if those errors about the animations, and them not working, is intentional. Works fine in old CK and F4 GECK
