You must delete your Oblivion folder and create a new one, ideally on another path.

^^I hope that wasn't meant as rudely as it came across.
There are actually only two sites that are banned from mentioning here and neither of them host Oblivion mods.
In the past, an oblivion site AnvilBay was removed regularly from posts, however, when the moderators discussed the policy in recent months it was decided that we not ban it. Most of the mods there have not been "proven" to be rips, according to that current policy as well. You cannot just accuse content, you must prove it. That is the current policy.
I have warned you, before, Moire, about fear mongering. You were allowed back in these forums because your original ban was an unfortunate mistake, but your bad attitude persists, and I don't like it, and I won't tolerate your apparent agenda to instill paranoia in this forum.

I'm pretty sure the mods already think carefully before banning someone, unless its obvious they should be banned (spambot, unneeded swearing/flaming/trolling, etc...)

Next time I opened the mod, the problem was resolved. It seemed like it was pointing to the wrong normal map, even though I had included a new one.

I just re-checked the list of banned sites in the Moderators Forum, and there is no Oblivion related Japanese Site on the list.

Bumping is against the rules. If you don't figure out your trouble, you might try making your own thread, or googling "CM Partner won't equip"

Hi. In chat you said you'd googled "installscript.vdf" and tried all the solutions you could find, that you had already validated your steam files, and that you had not tried disabling UAC or installing into a directory outside of program files, and that you'd try those now.
Let us know what happens.
And let us know your system specs and GPU, it may help.

I've had this same problem, using custom textures created for Head06 using the Head06 UV. However I can't remember how I fixed it before.
I don't think those tutorial links really resolve it, since I already know my way around blender.

Unbanned after appeal, with two strikes: one strike assessed for flaming, the other for attempting to circumvent the ban with a second account.
I don't want to see you in my office again.

I downloaded, just to add my drop in the bucket as a fascinated and interested onlooker.
Believe me, I've been scratching my head over that comment thread and would love to see some sensible dialog, as I tend to be highly skeptical, and I have no time or inclination to test it in my game at the moment... (let alone attempt to reverse engineer, way out of my paygrade!)

It seems he acquired his Fallout 3 CD used, and that he can prove he has the disk. I see many Fallout 3 disks being sold used on both Amazon and eBay...

Were you looking specifically for CM Partners, I missed that.
I use both CM Partners and Companion Share Recruit, because they are compatible but they do not work "together". Your CM partners have their own AI and their own companion menu systems, while Companion Share Recruit allows you to interact with most vanilla NPCs (all that are able to run rumors), so that you can share inventory with them, and attempt to recruit them.

I'm pretty sure there are others, but Companion Share Recruit is very versatile and adds the capability for recruited companions to learn spells from scrolls.
I use it with Advanced Magecraft which allows me to make custom spells and add them to scrolls or copy scrolls I have, or copy spells I have on to scrolls, for this purpose.

Alright so I had a chance to test one of my head06 custom textures in game. You can clearly see the trouble is not resolved:
Do I need to include a blank age map? This is a new race that was started from scratch with no other race involved.
