I haven't listened to a ventriloquist over the radio in a long time. Why Edger Bergen's ventriloquist dummies were doing silent acts in museum by the time I saw some of the stuff he did on Television. Long before I was born.

 

I supposed it could be worse. The ventriloquist might be typing the act on a chat board like this one while his wooden dummy is telling him what to say. :wink:
