If the download isn't starting there are 2 common causes: You are clicking the "Vortex" or "Mod Manager Download" buttons without Vortex installed and configured to handle downloads. You have browser addons or privacy settings breaking the page, see this help article: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/113-troubleshooting-website-issues If the download speed is less than expected, please see this topic: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5322760-reporting-download-problems/ I'm afraid simply pasting a trace log isn't particularly helpful in allowing me to understand what is actually going wrong for you.

You can block tags, authors or adult content as discussed here: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/39-how-do-i-hide-or-show-adult-or-other-specific-content Other filters can't be saved at the moment I'm afraid.

If you don't log in for 6 months you need to verify your email address to check that your account has not been compromised.

Thanks for the info. Based on those tests from other servers, only LoversLab and ModDB are a fair comparison (Steam and YouTube are billion dollar, world-wide companies). Were you able to use a VPN, preferably one that is based somewhere else in the US or abroad? We don't have anything on our side limiting you so I'm not sure where the problem lies along the line.

Kotov9011 banned. Reason: Submitting a spammy and racist "suggestion" using the Vortex feedback system. (Note the bad word filter has used "black person" as a replacement to the original slur). "Suggestion - n!@#&£ trash black person trash black person trash ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss"

You're not wrong that the forums are a bit old. The problem is they are hard-coded into major parts of the website. We've been decoupling it piece by piece over the last few years (user service and membership system are the main changes you may have noticed).

It looks like your results are incomplete, however, if your speed is limited on all of our servers this is most likely to be an ISP or routing problem. Perhaps you could try with a VPN?

abyss69 banned. Reason: Harassing another site user over - of all things - your disapproval of the colours in their ReShade preset. Posting several trolling comments, uploading a passive-aggressive image after being blocked from commenting on the page and filing a false file report without providing any evidence to back up your claim. "We do not tolerate 'trolling' or harassment of any kind. Do not belittle, discredit, or aggressively criticise another member or their content. We've answered this at length in the FAQ, you can find it here: https://modding.wiki/en/nexusmods/collections/FAQ#what-are-the-benefits-to-using-collections-for-freepremium-users That question and the one below it cover most points. People often overlook that there's a lot more to setting up a list of mods than just the downloads. Vortex automates the installation, imports conflict rules, imports load order metadata and applies settings tweaks (this varies from one game to the next, it depends what Vortex can do). Yes, it's more convenient for Premium users when downloading but outside of that the experience is the same.

Your issue sounds unrelated to the OP, please make your own topic and provide more details.

Question to mod enumeration in url
Pickysaurus replied to HealerOfThe4thDimension's topic in Site Support
In the older games we allowed mod pages to be fully deleted from the database, meaning they left no indication anything existed there before. That's usually why the old games have big gaps. As for New Vegas starting at 34678, I'm not sure but it may have been that all mods were re-numbered at some point, possibly when the various Nexus subsites got merged. -
Vortex isn't finding Skyrim Anniversary Edition
Pickysaurus replied to grizzybeer's topic in Vortex Support
Just to dispel the usual misnomer, Skyrim "Anniversary Edition" is not a game. You're looking for Skyrim Special Edition. -
You have a download history page on the site. Under the main navigation bar.

You may be able to see in your Vortex log file what the problem is specifically. Essentially you have some things in your downloads folder that either didn't finish downloading or were not correctly assembled after the download completed. The "Repair" option should fix or remove these.

ReadyBoss banned. Reason: Using a homophobic slur to attack another user's mod. "We do not tolerate 'trolling' or harassment of any kind. Do not belittle, discredit, or aggressively criticise another member or their content. If you do not like something or have nothing constructive to add, it's best to simply move along. Content that can be construed as provocative, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive toward any real-world individual or group, may be subject to moderation. This includes but is not limited to content involving politics, race, religion, gender identity, sexuality, or social class. Do not post with the intent of provoking an angry response or argument over a topic (“flame baiting”). Do not post personally or generally insulting remarks towards someone else, or a group of people." Reference post

Yes, I'm afraid that's the way it works right now. The only way to mass track/untrack mods is when you have them installed with Vortex
-
You can visit the filtered page by going to the game sub-site and then to "Mods" -> "Tracked mods" from the main nav. That will show only the tracked mods for the active game. (e.g. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/trackingcentre) That way you can mass untrack without worrying about clicking mods from another game by mistake.

Based on your report I would imagine there's an ISP or routing fault. All of the US/EU servers are in different parts of the world, often on different infrastructure. The Premium CDN works fine because that's a separate CDN service again.
