This is sometimes you browsing from an older link. It can also be custom font settings in your browser or a problem with the fonts that are pulled from an external site. (Could be blocked by browser add-ons)

Last time we updated the nav, favourites were increased from 8 to 12. That covered most user requirements at the time. You can always view your favourites by clicking "Games" in the top nav. I can understand what you're saying, but it'd have to be very clear why your chosen favourites are ignoring the sort order. I also don't feel there's a good use case to hide/ignore games from the main list.

I can assure you, if your account shows as Premium on the site, you're not getting capped. There's a much higher chance your ISP is interfering with the traffic somehow. Perhaps try a VPN?

Hi again, If you're downloading via a mod manager, try downloading manually. I'm unsure what would cause that problem, unless it's with one specific file that is currently in high demand.

If you are unable to complete any of the server tests, there's likely a problem at your ISP. Each of those test servers is in a different part of the world on different infrastructure so failing to connect to all of them implies a fault closer to your end of the connection. Perhaps you could try using a VPN to see if it improves the speeds?

Hi there, Can you please provide the full test results, including the server tests? We are aware of Comcast "packet shaping" their traffic which can cause slow downloads - this is entirely an ISP issue though I'm afraid.

Can you provide the link to the image you were trying to insert? The feature you mention is a bit temperamental and doesn't like some image links.

From the look of your results, changing you preferred location to "Premium CDN" (or just "CDN") will allow you to download.

If you tests don't even start for all servers, I'm afraid this is most likely an ISP problem. You may be able to try a VPN?

It looks like you only tested the Premium CDN, as a free user you won't have access to that server. Can you please test the other servers?

I think you are confusing endorsing and tracking mods. They are two different things.

Yes, that's also a factor. Quite a few mod authors upload uncompressed 7MB PNG files which will be slower to load.

It's usually that your connection to the image server may be a bit intermittent. It's also down to caching. If the image hasn't been viewed recently it can take a few extra seconds to appear
