  1. If you can be more specific on the error we might be able to advise. It's usually either your have a dashboard tool configured pointing to an invalid drive or you have something installed via Steam/Xbox/Epic etc that you didn't uninstall properly prior to disconnecting the drive.
  2. You've probably marked the game as hidden. Try unhiding it in your games tab. (On the toolbar)
  3. How odd. Can you try logging out and back in? There isn't much that would stop that appearing other than a borked up login session or browser addons/settings messing with the page
  4. The issue is right there in your screenshot. Your bank/payment provider have said "Cannot authorise at this time" when we attempt to charge you. You need to contact your payment provider

  10. As Dark said before, please try PayPal or GooglePay but if those options also do not work, it may be something in your setup that BrainTree (our payment provider) doesn't support.
  11. Look under "Extensions", click "Show bundled" and see if you've somehow disabled the Extension for Collections.

  15. None of those messages have anything to do with your game. Those are normal Vortex logs.
  16. It's likely your last payment was rejected (either because you cancelled outside the website or because of a payment error). You subscription may still be active though which means it's likely to retry the payment. Go into the "Billing" part of your account to check the details or if you can't figure it out email [email protected] and we'll give you a hand with it.
  17. You conclusion is correct, that payment method is not supported. We allow PayPal, Credit/Debit card or Google Pay.   18. Your login status in Vortex has nothing to do with how the website behaves. What is more likely is the quicksearch had crashed and was rebooting. This happens intermittently when the website is busy.
  19. We solved this on Discord, it was Firefox being quirky.
  20. This means your PC is blocking Vortex from pulling the full game list. You can still add an extension from https://nexusmods.com/site if one exists for your chosen game.

  22. All of these things are typically symptoms of your PC blocking Vortex from talking to the internet. Check your firewall settings.
  23. You can copy the staging folder but it won't have any associated metadata.
