An ivy-bridge (3rd gen) Xeon + mobo + RAM will cost you 200-250$ A case + PSU 100$ SSD + windows 125$ Monitor: for a nice ips one 125$ Where can you get an SSD, and windows, for 125???? Given the number of windows 10 machines I have seen go thru the shop that won't boot, due to failed updates, and various other windows corruption..... That doesn't look like a good alternative to me.

What is an i2 Core 2 Quad? At what resolution can a gt710 run fallout 4? I wouldn't even expect the game to run on a gt 710. It doesn't even meet minimum specs....

i2???? I think folks are hoarding ram..... I have 8gb in my machine, and it is more than adequate to the task for everything I do. Runs fallout 4 nicely on ultra, with uGrids set to 7. (GTX 1060 6gb)

Need to cap your framerate to 60 or less. Otherwise, you get exactly what you are experiencing.

So whom do you think is really to blame? Is it someone in washington? Or is it the person that goes to a gun free zone, and starts shooting people? Or is it the guns fault? What some folks just can't seem to figure out, is that you are indeed less likely to be killed by a gun in the US, than you are in many other places. If you dropped Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore, Los Angeles, and New Orleans from the statistics, (all havens of gang violence), you would change the 'odds' significantly, and the US would seem a FAR safer place. Is it the OE process that is sucking up all your processor time? (task manager should tell you) OE also tends to do maintenance every now and again, and that can be a bit intensive....... might just leave it run for an hour, and see if it gets over it.

Depending on which version of NMM you have, you could just create a new profile, and that should give you a blank slate to work from.

I don't even see a column that states what game the mod was for.... Which seems to me to be a glaring oversight on the site developers part.........

Microsoft Security Essentials works fine for win 7 and older operating systems.

Wasn't the companion teleported originally a mod for Morrowind, or Oblivion???? I seem to remember something like that.... But, I don't generally use companions, unless forced to. More trouble than they are worth.

I am in full agreement here. Norton is bloatware.... Of course, you don't really need ANY third party anti-malware app..... A good browser, with an ad-blocker, and good surfing habits, and you are golden.

Barbas...... thinks he needs to be touching you at all times, thus, pushing you over cliffs..... Dragons..... They ignore the guy with crossbow, whacking them for 20% of their hitpoints per shot, to go chasing a rabbit.......
