Can you try the search now? After the migration we did in January some back-end bits got a bit messy so with that tidied up it appears to work again.

You have some severs listed there that don't exist anymore, however, if all of your downloads are limited then it implies your ISP (or just a bad connection) is the issue. You can try reporting the issue to your ISP or using a VPN. You still have Premium until 2024, so we are not applying any restrictions on our side.

Vortex may be trying to boot the game via QMM, you should still be able to launch it via Steam/Epic/whatever store you bought the game from.

Vortex can't remove a collection properly unless you have set it up to deploy/purge mods correctly. Check under Settings -> Mods -> Mod Staging Folder and Settings -> Mods -> Deployment Method.

The splash screen for Vortex on a normal setup will appear within a second or two. If that's not happening something on your PC is delaying the startup processes that precede the screen appearing. I believe Vortex does a few "sanity checks" to ensure to installation and saved state aren't corrupted before booting. You might want to look at any security apps as they are often the cause of this kind of thing.

This is sometimes caused by installing two collections with conflicting rules, or setting your own rules to contradict those in a collection. In your screenshot, I think you might've just missed the click target for the right-click.

Looks at your results, changing your default server to Chicago would give you the best speed. Unfortunately the reliability is very likely to be a problem at your ISP. You can report a fault to them or try a VPN to see if your connection quality improves.

If you're getting "failed to render" errors that implies that something in your install is broken. Try reinstall the latest version of Vortex over what you have already.

Did you run either the game or Steam as admin? If so you may have locked Vortex out of being able to modify the game. You can also try fixing the permissions on the folder itself.
