I have never been able to contact him, for 4 years my blueprint files have been using his mod, I have earned him almost two thousand downloads, with this account and another 1500-2000 with another closed account, he has never replied to anything, I also doubt that exists, even today I wrote to him on the twitter account, no answer: "@sirbalinmodsJesus Christ, thank goodness I found you, we hope you answer: my mod blueprint is blocked without your files, can I download them with a google drive link from page of blueprint file?" :D Don't expect a reply there either. Doesn't look like he has been active since 2017.....

Likely when the cell they are in resets, they do too. Though, in reality, I would expect that when the cell resets, they would simply go away......

I will usually do the sanctuary quests first thing, and make what'shisname happy. (beds, food, water, defense.) Just to make a few levels. I will perk up scrapper, and strong back, so that I can still run/fast travel while overencumbered. I tend to obsess over picking up ANYTHING that might be useful, and of course, every weapon and ammo I come across. Except pipe weapons.... though pipe rifles are a good source of copper...... :) I will do a few of Prestons quests, and I will build up those settlements a bit, just to keep happiness up, but, settlements are NOT my primary goal. I mostly explore, do quests I come across, and collect cool weapons. I usually use Starlight Drive-In as my base, and build a compound just for me there. No settlers at all.

I don't know if Vortex does anything strange with ini files..... I don't use it. But, apparently, the ini DID update, the game just seems to ignore it at first load?? No clue what's goin' on there. :)

Trouble is, just about everything is considered 'racist' these days. You can't criticize anything without being accused of being racist, bigoted, anti-Semitic, or a host of other derogatory terms. I will grant you, some on the outer fringes (both parties) really need to re-evaluate this positions, but, I don't see it happening. The media appears to be simply adding fuel to the fire. "Journalism", and simply reporting the facts of a story are no longer the rule of the day. Gotta put some outrage in there, and keep people inflamed/divided. "News" isn't about reporting any more, it's about ratings. And outrage. We, as a society, or traveling down a path of self-destruction, and the pace is accelerating. I am waiting for the 'tipping point' to come, and the chaos that is assured to be a result.

Much like BLM, and their 'peaceful protests'....... so maybe that is the reason why 6 people have been indicted on conspiracy charges for the riot according to documents made public ? everybody lives in his own bubble... :wink: trumps "truth" channel is coming Nah, trumps "truth" social media platform is coming. Of course, that was under the cover of 'peaceful protest'.... hmm, who else do we know that turns a 'protest' into a riot? (hint, they weren't republicans) Of course, I am not a republican either, but then, I'm not a democrat.... There are some parts of each platform that I agree with, there are some parts of each platform that I disagree with. And there are some parts that I VEHEMENTLY disagree with, and therefore, won't vote for them. Hence, I vote republican. Now, does that make me a dyed-in-the-wool trump supporter? Certainly not. I wish he would just fade away, like a good ex-president should, and let the country get on with its business, and let the republicans run someone in '24 that may actually stand a chance of winning. (I really don't think the majority of republicans will vote for donny again..... he has proven himself to be too much of a horses behind.) Trouble is, do the majority of people THAT MATTER, (which, I am not one.) want him to run again? If THEY do, then guess what's gonna happen? Of course, I have also seen folks sayin' that he HAS to run, to try and stay out of legal trouble. :) Am I surprised that Donny would throw the country under the bus, to save his own keester? Nope. Not in the slightest. Perfectly in line with his personality type. If he DOES run, will I vote for him???? That's a REAL good question, and one I don't currently have an answer for...... Gonna have to wait and see what kind of job Biden does, and see what happens. So far, I am not impressed. He DID finally get us out of Afghanistan, but, the way he did it was cowardly, and flat out stupid. More good folks are going to die because of that particular decision. But, I suppose none of this really matters to you. You just see me as another "Republican", that has been fed a bunch of lies, and honestly believes them. It seems someone that can think for themselves doesn't fit with your world view of whom I *should* be. Ah well. Life goes on. :D

Load your game. Open the console, use the command to set the FOV you want, then type in: saveini refreshini Close the console. That *should* update the ini file for the values you want, and they should stick.

I frequently 'bump' into cars, and they move a LOT more than one would think they should..... I even had one blow up because I bumped/moved it.... That was a surprise. :D

Yeah, you get all the assets, just not the esp/esl file to get them into the game. I just delete the stuff.

The far right isn't any better/worse/different than the far left. It seems, that in the last decade or so..... the political divisions here in the states have become much more defined, and far worse. It's the extreme views that make it into the news, with the news organizations own bias coloring the story. You seldom, if ever... hear about the moderates from either side of the aisle, unless, of course, it's their own parties extremists taking them to task for not blindly supporting the company line. You don't hear about cooperation, or compromise anymore either. The latest fashion is to obstruct the 'other guys' from doing anything at all that might be good for the country, as then they could point at it and say "See, we are doing GOOD STUFF!" So, nothing gets done. Or at least, nothing worthwhile. So yeah, the political situation here just sucks. NEITHER side has ANY of the answers. Only the top 1% (or so) are benefiting from what is going on. For the rest of us, things just keep getting worse. (more expensive, harder to find, etc.) It would be nice if some independent party could actually make a dent in the other two, but, historically, that just doesn't happen. Voting independent is essentially just throwing away your vote. A LOT needs to change here, trouble is, the only folks that CAN change it, don't want to. Therefore, nothing will change, and we will stay on this course until we implode.

Nope, they left all the negative posts towards mod authors intact, and removed the others. Apparently attacking mod authors is encouraged now, because the ones who did it the most appeared out of the woodwork to once again do it, unfettered by any rules, and free to do it whenever they want now. And that seems to be completely in line with Nexus new attitude toward mod authors......

Hhhmmm... Apparently, Discord is the only place to get support for it....... Bummer. I MUCH prefer forums..... Any other mods you are running require that? If not, then, go play, and have fun. :D

Gonna have to go thru your mods that require F4SE one at a time then. Disable one, start the game, see if you still have the error message. If you do, re-enable that mod, disable the next on the list. Keep going till you find the mod that is screwing up.
