Sometimes it is difficult to tell a cpu failure, from a system board failure..... where I work, if one or the other fails, we prefer to replace both, so, if the problem was actually caused by the 'other' component, we don't end up back in the same boat again. I have had dead system boards right out the box, it's rare, but, it happens.

Probably not. It should run fine with only one stick of ram. (unless that stick is bad......) Does it do anything at all when you push the button?

Actually, Donny has a point. It IS a witch hunt. There is a group of people in washington that are offended their pic for the oval office didn't make it in there. Now, they are doing their best to make The Donalds' life miserable. Not the first time we have seen this, nor will it be the last. Basically, as I see it, our government is broken. They spend more time and money playing 'who can we convict this week', than they do running the country. Its a joke. As for Syria..... There are two many players there. Most of them don't even have a clue what their allies are doing. So far as I am concerned, the US has not business being there. ISIS has been pretty much reduced to a non-threat. Let the folks that live there clean up the rest of it.

Are you starting the game with the SKSE Loader?

I downloaded it manually, and got a 7z archive. I think NMM just doesn't know what to do with it. :) If you can find where NMM put it, you should be able to extract the archive into the game folder. (where the exe file for the game is) and it should work fine.

Where did you download it from?

Only suggesting I would make is: Go with two sticks of ram, for either your 8gb (two 4gb sticks) or 16gb. That way, the "DDR" feature of the ram actually works. (double data rate.)

Wow, not the most polite response a new user might expect... Like CrimsonxAlucard I too game on many systems and avail myself of the generosity and skills provided by authors/programmers at a wide variety of sites, for which I will in most cases provide support in the form of subscriptions, donations, alpha/beta participation and feedback. As a 44yo adult, full time father, lawyer and xbox ambassador I feel confident in saying that the response given is not one that I would have been proud of - it comes over as being patronising and obnoxious, and in no way contributes to the effort of gamers and programmers to unite the various platforms; nor I feel does it do anything to create a good impression for the OP to take away, upon which any hope of a recommendation or endorsement of nexusmods would have been based has most surely been destroyed. OP had a legitimate question and WA might have avoided failing to realise had the time been taken to look, that the OP had also posted it in the appropriate section of the boards, the "General Gaming : Other Systems" section. If that is the standard of response given by any user here to a new member then a reconsideration of attitude is highly recommended. For the record, I'm neither trolling nor flaming and will not be drawn into debate for the simple reason that the post and reply above show the facts and say all that is necessary. My reason for posting is simply to suggest that common courtesy deserves a higher place in the priorities of those wishing to respond to questions than is apparent in the reply above, to avoid effectively slamming the door in the face of a person who has sought out the site in order to obtain help with a question which they do not know the answer to. Because humans, by their very nature, are violent. We try and convince ourselves that we are now 'civilized', and 'we aren't like that anymore', but, that is just denial. We are still the most violent species on the planet, and one of the ONLY species that regularly kills their own kind, with little or no reason. Our government likes it, (USA) because the military-industrial complex enjoys the money it makes them, and are more than willing to spend some of that money on politicians that will vote in favor of war. (mainly because it won't be THEIR kids going....) I agree with the notion that "Glorious battle" only exists in the minds of those who have never been in combat. Those that have, tend to try and avoid it..... (granted, there are those that actually enjoy that kind of adrenaline rush..... but, I most certainly am NOT one of them.)

I think the game only loads assets that it needs right NOW, and then grabs whatever else as necessary.

Would you really want 20,000 people flying about randomly to watch a race? Granted, it would be fun to watch the watchers..... (from a distance.....)

Not so sure about that....... at least when you are in a bucket, or strapped to the tree, your saw getting stuck wouldn't be likely to cause you undo stress...... if you were not anchored at all though, it could become quite exciting. :D

It did that to me too, and I was unable to fix it. I spent a bit of time at it, but, in the end, I just uninstalled it, and used something else. Mod Organizer works pretty good, and the NMM replacement, Vortex, is currently in public alpha testing....

Kuwait why? If you were in the states, there are actually resources for folks in your position.... No clue about Kuwait though......

What country are you currently living in?

What background processes are running? Does your anti-virus do 'on access' scanning? (that can really slow ya down.) Sim settlements is pretty script heavy........ but, I don't think it should have THAT big of an impact.......

Don't live there, and don't want to.... for several reasons. High taxes. High cost of living. Housing is outrageously expensive. Crime...... Of course, I hate big cities in general, and would never even consider moving back to one.
