  1. couldnt tell you for sure because i dont know if there is actually a console/script command to actually remove it from the list. See, when the enchant got added to the save, it changed formid so this must be random per save. I was looking in CK for the function that adds the enchant to the list so basically we could reverse it via a run once script or just disabling it from the list or even adding a keyword, but seems impossible at a glance. There probably is a way, but given nobody has really come up with a mod for it already would suggest that it must be rather tricky.
  2. Your load order looks okay for the most part, sounds like this is a memory corruption issue. Seems you said this happens occasionally, is it always after playing for a little while or can happen straight after loading the game? Also are you using ENB?
  3. Yeah open and apply filter, go looking for anything that is highlighted under quest. Its hard to say what causes this issue for you apart from looking for a conflict because it could be anything from a broken save game to a mod conflict
  4. Okay so the there is a better fix but it will take a bit of messing around, maybe 10 minutes to test. What you do is download TES ESS file editor, open your save, and drop down the list called Change Forms. This is a very long list but your learned enchantments are near the top so just scroll down until you see them grouped ENCH. Now the trick is that none of the formids are the same as they are in Skyrims esm file, so what you have ti do is delete them one by one until the said effect is gone and when you know which one it was just make sure you kept your original save game, and just remove that one leaving all others in tact.
  5. Contrary to Boombro, RNAD is much nicer than other needs mods. But yeah whatever suit you. You might also look at Audio overgaul instead of SoS and also Improved Horse Step Sounds. Deadly dragons is known for CTDs and generally OP dragons, you might consider Ultimate Dragons instead
  6. Had a look in tesvedit for conflicts on that quest? Might be a script waiting or broken causing the ctd on save. I didnt look at the loarder but any mods remotely touching this quest?
  7. Should've mentioned i dont use ASIS now also, but yeah the whole patching thing really got to me, i like to control my own game. I only used the core and encounter zones and never really found anything to "break". Everyone has different opinions on how theyd like to have their spawn/encounter rates, we can all say we want more of this or that but you simply cannot deliver everyones idea of what that is in a mod if you get what i mean. So we end up with all these mods that have vast amounts of customization and patchers etc, but what everyone really wants is a golden goose of a mod that fits them perfectly. Theyd probably find better success if they just made "presets" users could choose from rather than a base system that is geared toward the makers preference/vision and a whole lot of customization options that mainstream users either cant understand, have to fiddle with too much and they break stuff or have to use complicated programs theyve never had experience with. For example, i hate that everything has to level up with me. Common bandits and the like shouldnt always provide me a challenge, maybe their "leader" perhaps and i also hate this because every dungeon i enter is going to be ready for me, never mind whos inside. This makes the game much to linear for me. But we all complain about becoming a demi god lol when indeed thats what we should be in the end, but then making it so every area has a level you need to be makes the game fairly linear as well, albeit IMO much nicer to play. So mods that change areas to be a certain level before i can go there suit me well. The next guy will say he wants everyone to be a challenge, no matter their character type. Then the next guy wants be handed his liver by every common skeever because hes a glutton for punishment. Immersion is what you make of it really. I will say i am finding myself playing with the options a lot for SoT. Ive only had it installed for a bit over 10 hours of play now, previous playthrough i had only SIC and lore friendly MoMod and a few other small addons.
  8. Youd have to copy the shader effect into a new magic effect that you would create (unless you want to be weakened), that would be blank and then you would have to either console add the effect to your character or add it to the player reference in the editor.
  9. And that would explain why my disk i/o is next to nothing in hours long sessions. Getting an SSD is great advice, but most pauses you see in game now are gonna be from the renderer. If you get your memory setting right and you have plenty of VRAM and RAM, you can load most of it in and avoid much disk activity. 4GB VRAM is plenty. SLi and xfire is pointless for this game, unless you have rather low end gpus. Edit - dump more money into the CPU department, thats where you will find the bottleneck. 390 should handle ENB and large texpacks well enough, but the renderer in this game is limited to raw mhz, grab a 4790k and bump it up to 4.7ghz. If you are getting DDR3 just get a low latency 2133 kit, anything over is diminishing return and unnecessary pressure on IMC of CPU, and can hurt your overclock.
  10. You might try opening CK or tesvedit and finding the said effect and finding its entry on the menu and removing this, otherwords patch it out. But you then would bever see said effect again, though you would just disable the patch esp you made to revert back.
  11. I forget the name but there is a mod that exports your character outta your old saves and makes it into a follower npc. It might even be RM or ECE. Might not sound user friendly but you might be able to say, export your char from a save and use CK to import the data or something. Im a man of simple tastes when it comes to setting up characters so sorry i cant be of more help. This wouldnt explain why i have so many character customization mods running though XD
  12. Warzones is a mod you wanna play by itself lol, heavy problems with it. SoT is certainly a candidate for the best in class, if its not your cuppa tea you might look at mods like ASIS and its plugins, SIC as mentioned above is great, and Genesis, which was born outta SoT, is great too (I use all the above mods except warzones). I think SkyRE had some stuff to go with its perk system too
  13. Lol the question is "why isnt Skyrim stable". That aside, your load order isnt bad, i notice you havent got a bashed patch/merged patch which you mught want to look at doing, but if your freezing up occasionally and your not using ENB you might want to install at least enboost. This will stop you from running out of memory, wrll stop Skyrim from running out, not your hardware.
  14. Climates of tamriel wants to be near the bottom, any lighting mod and patchez for either below that. Supreme storms wants to below cot too. RND wants to below all them so it will override all those other mods. And im not a perma user, but you got CCOR and ASIS in there, i use CCOR but have you got this patched up correctly?
  15. If the manager somehow only uses full saves in place of autosaves and just calls them autosaves then its great but if not then no. It can be annoying having to open menu and save all the time, but at least you know youve avoided all the potential problems youd get with as and qs. Most of your mods are item type mods. You might wanna look at tesvedit before scrapping everything, you might find some relatively simple conflicts.
  16. Does Wrye come with Python packaged these days? Im still on 304.3. By the way OP best advice you got is to use Wrye if you can learn it ;). Pretty easy to use and imo the best, i only use Wrye and tesvedit. When you are making patches on tesvedit make sure you are copying as override into a new file rather tahn changing mod esps, this makes your life easier if you make mistakes. Dont worry about the colors you see with filter in tesvedit, red means conflict loser, orange is conflict winner, yellow and green mean successful override of master/original record. You cannot get rid of all red unless you spend much time customizing every esp which is a waste of time. You can use tesvedit to see the conflicts and decide what load order a mod should be, then easily change order of said mod in Wrye.
  17. You need to use a spoiler tag next time. Clearly the mod spamming your log is Dudestia Vampires or whatever that mod is, i havent seen it.
  18. No smoking gun there, but Skyrim itself "run out of memory" eventually unless you use enboost. This ctd occurs at random times but usually on load screens where it hasnt purged memory or while walking into new areas. Try a new game perhaps? Or even save cleaner mod. Navmesh and meshes on general cause ctds in specific places where they have bad overrides, load order is essential for mods that alter places in the world, for example you will crash south of helgen with the helgen reborn mod because USKP made changes to navmesh here, and you cant load HR before USKP so all you can do is carry USKP navmesh fixes over to your own patch to overwrite. HR is supposed to be USKP complaint, yet i always get this crash without that fix. Meshes when corrupted or broken can ctd the game, like if you use mesh optimizing programs and they do it wrong. In the end every one needs to learn to hand patch their own games and read about different peoples ctds, then you can start to diagnose your own.
  19. Yeah i get that in New Vegas at 4k. It goes great but then bang 1fps for a few seconds. Has its moments at 1440p as well with some shaders so that would seem to be on the gpu side. But good thing is that your tv can go to 60fps, earlier 4k models were limited to 30. I remember having an argument with a JB hifi store rep after i turned his customers away when i told them that and they had no idea XD
  20. Your load order isnt the worst but its not great by any means. For starts, why are you using NLA with ELFX and Taz lighting? And where are other ELFX plugins? Some advice though, never use autosave and quicksaves. They will break after some time, maybe earlier maybe later. Loading screen crashes and saves indicate bad conflicts as well as other things. In the end you will try everything to solve your ctd but until you learn how to use tesvedit and fix conflicts by hand, youll never have a good time. Unless you just use a small amount of mods that you know hardly conflict.
  21. I thought Racemenu or Enhanced Charater Edit had this feature, but i dont get that far into it.
  22. Soz, had a looong friday night ;) Ill check my inbox
  23. The 980ti is morw than enough for this game, you can turn ENB off via SpeedHackWithoutgraphics and see exactly the same framerate. DirectX9 renderer is inferior and can only be overcome with raw speed. As Boris has said many times, if yoy dont understand the underlying problem you wont understand the graph. Notice when CPU usage is it its peak, gpu sits in the median. As per the graph when you see both drop this indicates a pause like a loading screen. SLi isnt the solution, no amount of gpu power can solve what is lacking of the cpu. Maybe one day when we have 7ghz cpus lol.
  24. Not sure about NMM but just copy your Skyrim folder somewhere AND the INIs in my documents, reinstall the game and copy on top. Presto. As for NMM it might recognize all you mods still being installed if you also copy its install over from your old one. There should be a folder with all your mod packages in it. Oh and also be sure to get your load order file out of the hidden folder in your user directory, Appdata/local/Skyrim
  25. Are you using Skytest? Just ask because there is an update for that that is not on the same page as the original mod. 1.38 i think is the fixed version. Otherwise are you able to upload your AV patch/esp? I can take a look at it.
