I *think* SKSE has some memory fixes built in, but, they may have to be enabled? Something to look into.... ENB also does some stuff with memory, and there is an ini setting you need to change to enable it. Don't think running both fixes would be a good idea though..... :D

Not seeing anything obvious.... There is a "Reset UI" under tools though. Might give that a shot.

From what I am reading, the fix is to remove the unofficial patches....... Even though it fixes a couple other bugs with her....... I find it odd that the "fix" is to remove some other fix...... Worth a shot I suppose. Maybe leave the UOP off till you get the quest, then re-enable it? No idea if that will work or not.

Extract the "Data" folder to your Fallout 4 folder, if it mumbles something about "folder already exists", just tell it to overwrite. What's the issue that you need to know the wattage of your vid card? Not like you can do much about it.... it's a laptop. The a/c adapter that came with it should be adequate to the task..... Though, I bet running on battery, it doesn't last long. :D

Clean everything out, again..... install JUST the game, and DLCs, see if the game will launch.

I spend a lot of time just exploring. Most locations that are quest related, that will be screwed up if you visit them before you actually have the quest, will prevent you from going into it at all, or, the 'important' area will be blocked off. I have yet to find a location that got screwed up before I had the quest to be there. If I clear an area that I am later sent back to via quest, more often than not, the area is repopulated, even if I was just there a couple days ago..... So, Explore to your hearts content, and ENJOY it. :) Keep in mind, it is really possible to walk into an area that will whack you dead in short order, if you are low level. :D

Found an interesting problem, that Google doesn't seem to be able to find anything about... or, my search terms are just too Generic.... In any event.... I am around level 40 something, and I have the perk that allows me to sell any item to any vendor.... So, went to see Faralda at the College, trained my destruction skill ten times, so Faralda had somewhere north of 32K gold. So, switched to Barter menu, to sell her bunch of potions I had made. Select some potions, verify correct number, click OK. Potions disappear, but, I don't get the gold..... Is this a factor of going over 32K gold for her?

Did you fire off the launcher at least once, so the game can detect your hardware and such?

Reset your username and password in NMM. Either that, or just download manually, and then use NMM for the install.

If a reinstall didn't fix it..... I am not sure. When you did reinstall it, did it ask for your login credentials again?

Same problem on a new game?? If so, try disabling the Unofficial patch.

Running any mods that change Super Mutants, or maybe even game physics?

Do you use a mod manager? Might also try checking in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Fallout4 (this is a hidden folder, so, you will have to enable viewing hidden files/folders) and see who is home there. It may still be looking for mods you don't have.

Is it being blocked by your antivirus?

And please post the version of NMM that you are using. If you haven't used it for a while, may just need to update..... as security changed a while back.

Holding up corona virus as a 'trump failure' is a non-starter. We have zero evidence that things would have been any difference had he taken a different course. Quite the contrary, we already know that none of the measures that were proposed would have really made all that much difference. Just look at history. The more severe the measures got, the longer the virus would be the driving force behind the failing economy, and our social collapse. The death toll still would be quite similar, it just would have taken longer, and had a much bigger impact on our economy. Watch what happens when Biden starts getting more and more severe with his measures, and nothing much changes. But, you hate trump. Irrationally I might add. So, it really doesn't matter what I say, you will still vilify him. Quite frankly, YOU are the one living in a bubble, defined by your 'liberal/progressive' ideals. Please stay in Germany.

FO4 does indeed require steam, at least, the legit versions do. Count yourself lucky you were only banned from the Discord. Nexus takes a REALLY dim view of piracy, and will ban you outright if they believe you don't have a legit version of the game.
