I don't think MS is that stupid..... Leaving out the PC market would be akin to cutting their throats. What good is have the xbox version moddable, if there isn't anyone to make the mods? (the PC players.....)

His response was accurate..... Unfortunately. Which mod manager you prefer is largely a matter of personal taste. They all have their advocates, and their detractors. I personally use NMM, simply because I am most familiar with it. Other folks advocate MO2, still others will advocate Vortex... So, pick one, and stick with it. There is no "Best".

Hhhmmm.... I suspect you would want to toggle certain notifications...... (which amounts to the same thing, just different terminology.....) Maybe put in a request to the DEFUI folks? (if they are still developing it....)

See if you can load an older save, just start working your way backward.

Your hardware isn't the issue. That machine has plenty of power to run the game, as decked out as you want. Think I might dump Beths high-res texture pack though, there are better ones to be had. (plus, it has some issues......) Not to mention that you have other texture replacers that likely render it redundant anyway. I see some patches for Horizon, but, I don't see...... Horizon? And..... 319 mods? You do understand the hard limit for mods is 255, right? ESL files don't count toward that limit.

:) I didn't even know you could do that..... I think the problem would be picking and choosing which ones showed up, and which ones didn't.

USB c is just a different shaped connector, the other end should still plug into the standard USB header on your system board.

Did you manually clean out the install folder, and whatever folder your mod manager uses to implement mods? The built-in uninstaller doesn't clean out any non-stock files.

Yes I always had it installed. I was just wondering about how to balance power armor to be more taxing on movement speed, for NPC's specifically. Erm, it's Powered Armor, why would it be harder to move around in? The whole idea behind it is to increase mobility, and protection.....

Raw data is available from various sources, find a list here. Compare that to the 'processed' data, sources available from the same site. Notice that the processed data presents a somewhat different picture than the raw data..... (it will take some work on your part to make an accurate chart, but, if anyone else does it, I am sure you will claim that it isn't accurate.)

I would point out that .8 degrees is within the (well within...) the margin of error of measuring equipment up to the late 80s. A difference of a few degrees is also rather normal for our climate. If you look at longer term trends, you will find that average temperature has been both MUCH higher, and MUCH lower. Long before industrialized man was even on the scene. There is a LOT that goes into our climates behavior, we haven't even scratched the surface at this point. And yes, NASA was proven to have 'manipulated' their data. Along with several of the others.
