Fallout 4 section. :)

Should really post this in the Fallout 4 mods talk forum.....

I would dearly love to be able to go back to age 11, or 12, and retain my current knowledgebase........ There are a LOT of things I would do different. :D

A merged patch with xEdit, the delete the level list entries, and then a bashed patch, which appears to ONLY deal with leveled lists in FO4. Works a treat.

Do you get any kind of error message when you try and fast travel, or, do you click on your map marker, and the dialog box doesn't come up?

fallout4custom.ini...... needs to be spelled right.

I simply made a ring of levitation. Made traversing Morrowind MUCH easier. Of course, in some areas, Cliff Racers were a problem..... but, I viewed it as simply good archery practice. :D

I think kids over 10 could handle Morrowind, or Oblivion. Not entirely sure about Skyrim...... and certainly not any of the various Fallout games. :) I was in my 30's when I found Morrowind.......

Think I would go for performance, and future-proofing. :)

SSD technology has come a LONG way since they first came out. Today, I actually recommend SSD's over mechanical drives, even for the O/S, or single HDD systems. At this point, SSD's are more reliable, and last longer, than their mechanical brothers. Of course, start going larger than around 500gb, and they get expensive REAL fast. My solution was just to use multiple drives. :D

Try verifying the game cache for skyrim, see what happens.

Controller board failure. It happens, and sometimes, there is zero warning. It's entirely possible, that you could replace the board, and the drive would continue to work. Of course, it's possible that something internal to the drive caused the board to fail as well, so, it may smoke the new one as soon as you power it on, or, it may last another ten years. :smile: Most of the time, you will never know what caused a drive to fail, unless it's something obvious, like a bearing failure. Those tend to get pretty loud before they quit completely. :D

Such a party of flag waving hypocrites. They also purposely took the Governor's comment out of context on purpose, so they can further their Pro-Birth Agenda, while taking healthcare away from those kids, and cutting SNAP, and School Lunch programs etc. Republicans like to kill the kids slowly AFTER they're born, usually in the wars they start, because the Pro-Life party needs young boys to go die in their senseless wars. Anyway, I should know better than to argue with a Republican, it's pointless. Article The republicans might SAY they want a smaller government, but, that's a lie. The government hasn't *shrank* under ANY administration, in decades. Both parties love to create gravy jobs for their buds, and they do so with gusto. At least the republicans get their mistresses abortions, and don't simply drive their car into a river and drown them......

LOL. No worries. The effect usually doesn't last more than a few seconds..... (at least, in my game) and zoxxing myself with a stim-pak usually makes it go away almost immediately.... Would that work for you?

Paralyze is HIGHLY efficient, but, rather costly. My personal favorite is Absorb Health, on a ring, with as large an area of effect as you can manage, and still have it drain sufficient health, that it will kill most things relatively quickly. You simply stroll thru the dungeon, and everything within range slowly (quickly?) dies. Take it off before you go into town though. :D

Well, the effect isn't ALWAYS present. Sometimes the effect disappears. Also, 'xEdit'? Like Fallout 4 Edit? Yep, Fallout4 edit. May wanna post this in the Fallout 4 mod troubleshooting forum..... That's really where it belongs.

Leave it to the dems to push everything well beyond reasonable limits....... So, here we have two extremes, the religious right, that would say no to abortion under ANY circumstances, up to and including the death of the mother, and now we have the dems wanting to allow abortion AFTER birth?????? I am REAL curious how they justify that one......

That's gotta be a conflict somewhere. Post your load list? Are you familiar with xEdit? Could load up the mods you suspect with it, and see if anything interesting presents itself.

That is a steam issue. I would see if you could get someone on the phone..... (though that is a pretty forlorn hope.) You can't play the game without steam. (legally) If you re-enter the code you got, does it want to re-download the whole game again?

The vid card may *work* for minimalist purposes, but, when trying to access some of the 'higher' functions, it will choke, and die. If you can't convince the driver to install, even on a fresh install of windows..... something is seriously wrong.

Exactly. And that works both ways. Quite frankly, I am tired of the government legislating how I live my life. While I agree with them on some points, I do NOT agree with them on ALL points. Abortion is an INDIVIDUAL choice, and a lot goes into making that decision. Government should just stay the frack out of it. As it stands now, the republican party, (supposedly the 'pro-life' party) DEMANDS that if a woman gets pregnant, she carry to term, and deliver. But then, you are on your own. They don't care about you at all, after you are born.....
