  1. You have to have a 'crew station' at your outpost in order to assign folks there. They come naturally with the ship, but, for outposts, they are a separate item.
  2. If you have the testfile line in your ini, the plugins.txt mod won't work.
  3. The Holodeck beats the pants off of any VR headset.... Images you can touch, feel, and physically interact with? No headset?? Just an empty room, and some equipment. I am thinkin' something like GTA would be FAR more fun in a holodeck, than any VR headset.
  4. Game version? SFSE Version? Address library version? Are you running the beta patch?
  5. Beyond my knowledge at this point. Everything I know about linux is written on the inside of my left eyelid.....
  6. I would add the line, not worrying about line count, where the tutorial wants it, and see what happens. Worst case: It doesn't work. :D

  9. That's a missing master crash. One of the mods you installed depends on another mod, that you don't seem to have.
  10. Yeah, the build interface is 'clunky' at best...... Would love to see some improvements there. Or, maybe I just need to play with it more, and get 'used to it'.... or some such.

  13. You can also land....... Though I think it would be fun to have a chance that any of the ships you were in combat with also land, and send ground forces after you.
  14. The search by 'words' works still. At least, it did earlier today....
  15. Trying to search by category in Starfield mods doesn't return any results either. Doesn't matter which category. It tells me there are over 100 mods in the "settlement" category, but, when I click on it, zero results. Only filters are by category.
  16. Having to go find the beacon every time I want to enter build mode is a major pain. I am having trouble with the controls, and placing objects where I actually want them...... and find myself blowing myself out of build mode, when that is NOT what I wanted. Would be nice to just stab a key to bet BACK into build mode, rather than having to run back to beacon. Fallout 4 could manage it, why can't Starfield?
  17. Supposedly, it just a few quest fixes...... no detailed info anywhere I can find.
  18. That should work..... Is SFSE_loader in the same directory as Starfield.exe?
  19. I remember seeing that too..... I am unable to come up with it now though..... Even a thorough google search turns up NO results......
  20. I would be tempted to uninstall/delete the mods in question, then re-download and re-install. Check the archives, and make sure everything is there though...... (before installing.)
  21. Missing assets then. If the characters are there, it's at least partially loading..... Which strikes me is truly bizarre, usually, with vortex, it's an all or nothing affair.... it either works, or, it doesn't..... Check the mod deployment folder, verify that the correct files are in there, and the paths are correct.
