Depends on who ya ask.... In the US, certain parties think that requiring bail, is racist...... so, unless you are charged with a particularly violent crime, you get arrested, and then released.... I believe the punishment SHOULD fit the crime. If you get drunk, drive anyway, and end up killing someone, then YOUR life should be forfeit as well. Murder? Yep, you are done. And no more 20 plus years of appeals either. You get convicted, you get ONE appeal, and if your conviction is upheld, you are executed the next day. Age? That's a tough one. If you are old enough to know the difference between right and wrong, and recognize the potential consequences of your actions...... then you should be able to be charged as an adult. (do an adult crime, do adult time.) And no more of this 'not guilty by reason of insanity', or, excusing crimes due to mental issues, or bad upbringing, etc. Do the crime, do the time. End of story.

There are also theories that the sphynx was 'modified' after it was originally built..... someone wanted a different face.

A script is misfiring. Quite likely a mod conflict.... any mods that change Vault 111? Or the early game? Could fire up xEdit, load all your mods, and see where the conflicts are...

Blowing away all your ini's shouldn't cause that...... Try opening the console (~ key) and typing enableplayercontrols See what happens.

Changing it in the ini should have done it.... What mod manager are you using? MO2 has the inis somewhere other than the my games folder.....

What mod manager are you you using?? Most of 'em use a 'virtual' file system, so no files are actually put IN the data folder, they are just linked there. Uninstalled the mod deactivates the link, so, there shouldn't be any 'leftover' files......

Well, there's this vault mod. Try this one as well. More Vault rooms was hidden when Nexus changed their deletion policies, and the author elected not to host it elsewhere. It *might* be on Bethnet, but, I haven't looked.

Hi ! I've 117 esm/esp & 406 esl. The limit of 256 is not reached. Keep in mind, there is also a limit on how many ESL files you can have. The work by utilizing 'unused' object IDs..... it is indeed possible to run out of those.....

Uninstall any mods pertaining to LOD, see if it reverts back to vanilla. Should be ok to remove texture mods without an adverse effects.

I think for the ferals, their brain is rotted away, and there just ain't no comin' back from that..... Doc Amari apparently can access memories, whether they be synth, or human. We know she can reprogram synths, but, can she reprogram humans? I haven't seen any evidence of that.... No evidence of her erasing a humans memories either..... Sure, a synth uses an 'organic' brain, with some additions it would seem...... One would think, a simply x-ray would be able to determine synth or human....

I see this once in a while as well... but, usually, it's just one guy/creature. Everyone else in the area seems fine. I have not been able to come up with a cause for it..... I would rather have the current features actually working, before new bells and whistles were added...... I get it, I do. I'm only making an estimate here but the number of users in the community who actually use the forum search are probably very small compared to users who, say, download files or comment on mod pages or endorse content. So if the choice was to fix comments or fix the forum search, you can understand which one has priority. The forum doesn't collect any analytics on the search so I can't give any exact numbers, I'm just going with what I know from talking to users. We've not formally announced it yet, but we're actually working on an urgent database migration that will involve taking the website down for what may be an entire day. Details to follow in the site news. Suffice to say we're focused on getting that right before we can pick up the QoL fixes again. Granted, Search likely is NOT one of the 'most used' features here...... and I understand the priorities, it's just frustrating when I am trying to find something/someone, and the site search doesn't work. Sure, creative use of google can work around finding 'something', however, searching members via google just doesn't seem to want to work.... :D

I'm confused, you have 189 TOTAL ESM/ESP files? That should be fine. You may have a conflict or two there though.

As I recall, Nexus has web designers/programmers on staff.... Isn't it their JOB to make sure the site functions properly??

572???? Ok, that may be a problem. :) The game has a hard limit of 255 esp/esm files, go over that, and bad things happen.

Check the ini setting iPresentInterval=? set it to one to cap framerate at 60FPS.
